Salty, refreshing, tons of orchard fruit, mandarin orange, and hints of fines herbs. The riper fruit from the vineyard was fermented on the skins to add texture and aromatics. The Cressida Vineyard was acquired by Matthiasson in 2022, where it overlooks the San Pablo Bay.
