Fisherman: Ivory Paper & Ruby Red Burlap arizona ironwood Blade: tradesmanThis is our first ever Fisherman model. It's a nice, thin (5 64 inch thick) convex grind. This prototype has medium flexibility to it, somewhere between a boning knife and a fillet knife. A dedicated fillet knife might be thinner and more flexible, where this here would make a great general sportsman's knife. This video here (link) shows some of it's flex. The leather sheath will be slightly different, with a slit on the back and a snap closure
