The farm This is our very darkest roast taken through the beginning of the second crack, its a suitably smokey coffee that packs a serious punch, while still maintaining its interesting notes of red berries and chocolate. It comes from the Permata Gayo co operative, which was founded in 2006 with the aim of guaranteeing traceability throughout the supply chain, and managing all aspects of
