These were the two most copious vintages of recent times
crisp red fruits (wild strawberry and cranberry) with a sharp
juicy fresh red currant and red raspberry laced with lemon and orange rinds and perfectly set off by close to ten grams of residual sugar
The palate is medium-bodied with very fine tannin
Davide Fregonese, Barolo Cerretta other_regions Very texturedThis is a very linear and fine Cerretta with ultra fine tannins that give length and focus to the wine. Medium to full bodied with a racy finish. Floral and fruity at the end. Very drinkable now, but better in 2024.
