Bouchard Pere et Fils, Volnay Chevret Vintage:2020 667 bottles and 7500 magnums(from a . 25 ha parcel that is in the upper portion of the vineyard by Caillerets). Very ripe aromas include those of mocha, black cherry coulis and subtle spice wisps. The rich, supple and fleshy medium weight flavors conclude in a moderately austere finale that offers good persistence but not the depth of the best of these Volnay 1ers.
