The palate bursts with pink grapefruit, juicy apple flesh, lime juice and nettles. Unlike its cousins in New Zealand, this Slovenian Sauvignon Blanc never tips into overripe. There is a perfect balance of citrus and riper fruit flavours and a natural acidity that allows the flavours to sing loud and clear. There is surprising body here too which
