The cider is hand crafted in Tasmania's Huon Valley from 100% Australian grown organic apples (Royal Gala, Fuji, Pink Lady), matured in French oak after secondary fermentation, then carefully blended to deliver a distinctive Tasmanian farmhouse style, full of character and flavour.
