阿里山茶葉擁有獨特的山頭韻，茶湯色澤金黃明亮，茶水入口甘醇圓潤，層次豐富且極具耐泡性。由於高山冷涼的氣候，茶葉經過長時間的生長，葉片更加厚實飽滿。

產自瑞里茶區海拔約莫1400公尺處，只選用春冬兩季生產的茶菁。這裡的土壤偏向砂礫地，所製成的茶葉香氣濃郁花香，茶湯金黃透亮，香氣高雅，彷彿能聞到山林間的清新空氣。入口清甜，如沐春風，滋味甘醇圓潤韻味足。
