This piece contains a huge dome shaped coral stone that is wonderfully surrounded by outstanding hand repoussed silver concho patterns and a marvelous hand carved bird. The incredible silver plate measures around 3 1 2" X 2 5 8". This ketoh bracelet can fit a wrist size of about 6 3 4" to 7 3 4". Please be aware as there are ketohs out there that are not original pieces. The center stone
