One huge Royston turquoise stone with magnificent color tones is rightly adorned in this ornate silver cuff. The stone has a double border of silver rope and sectioned silver bars. Three large silver florals flank either side as silver panels of extreme silver appliques then decorate both sides. The appliques are silver leaves, fans, crescents, diamonds, florals, and hand carved ellipses. All are
