The inclusion of young vine Barbaresco fruit has brought extra depth and perfume to the wine, while naturally shifting the classification from Nebbiolo dAlba to Langhe Nebbiolo. Fermented in open top fermenters with gentle extraction and aged for 12 to 14 months in seasoned oak, the focus here is purity, freshness and drinkability
