Grapes are from our Adelaide plains vineyard

Fighting Gully Road - 2024 Sangiovese volume_375mL Bruno's green revolution continuesThe 2024 Sangiovese is 95% Sangiovese. 5% Colorino. A portion of the grapes were de stemmed to stain whole berries, while the balance were crushed. Fermentation took place in a mixture of stainless steel and oak vats using indigenous yeasts with the wine remaining on skins for a total of 28 days prior to pressing. The wine was then matured in predominately Italian coopered large casks. This Sangiovese is a medium bodied wine, savoury and textural,
