A & C Ainsworth Wines - 2024 Landsborough Grenache country_Ireland boronia and bergamot as wellThe fruit for the 4th rendition of this wine was picked on 9 April allowing for a long period of flavour development in the vineyard. Our Grenache is foot stomped fermented 100% whole cluster in stainless steel tanks. We undertake pump overs each day, but avoid any heavy punch downs in order to gently extract the detailed flavours and the fine tannins from the fruit. The wine was pressed after 3 weeks into two old 500L & 600L puncheons for a 10 month
