All Ashore cowboy adventure amidst fightsMickey Rooney (Breakfast at Tiffany's) stars in a musical spectacular about three sailors on leave in Los Angeles. Rooney plays Moby Dickerson, a wide eyed rube who constantly falls for the tricks of his shipmates, Joe (Dick Haymes, State Fair) and Skip (Ray McDonald, Good News).
