The grapes come from the le Clos plot, facing south. Fermentation takes place in concrete and stainless steel vats while aging takes place in stainless steel vats for 9 months. This way, we do not mask the fruity aromas of Granny apple, pears and white flowers, so appreciated by this little known grape
