To add more complexity, the harvest of the bunches on the same vine takes place over several weeks in order to obtain a more concentrated berry. The result is as good as a beautiful Saint Joseph. A gourmet wine with peppery notes. It is marked by incredible freshness and a beautiful spicy finish. Appellation: Pgi Ardeche
