Awamori ist Okinawas Traditions Spirituose, die stets aus (Thai)Reis und schwarzem Koji produziert wird. Der Ryukyu Gold ist ein Blend aus 60% gereiftem (Kusu) und 40% frisch destilliertem Awamori.
