Bethnal Bubbles 3.2, Renegade Sparkling 35% fermented on skins in2023 English Pinot Noir, dry hopped with Sabro, Citra and Mosaic flowers and then fermented in bottle again to go fizzy. Crazy wine, that's for sure, but crazy delicious!
