The silhouette is fantastic with huge padded puff sleeves and a high square neck. Gathered panel to the front of the bust and attached tie straps to the waist to cinch the silhouette in. Long sleeve. Softly flared skirt. Back nylon zipper. No labels. The design reminds me of Biba, great Art Deco inspired cut. 70s at it's best! The puffs on theses shoulders is perfection!
