Unfortunately one of the bowls has a minute chip on the inside of the rim and one of the bowls is rough to the touch on the rim

Based entirely on the handle design of this item of stainless steel salad serving fork and spoon it would appear to be a German rather than a British design

They were manufacturers of earthenware at the Dresden Works at an area named Tinkersclough in Hanley, Stoke on Trent. From 1944 the business was renamed Lancaster & Sandland when Sandland became a partner in the company. The company went into voluntary liquidation
