This iconic native variety fruit of the finest tradition of Friuli, reaches its full potential through slow ageing. Grapes are harvested in late September and a part undergoes appassimento (drying method); fermentation in steel tanks and partial ageing in oak barrels. Grape: Refosco Appellation: Venezia Giulia
