This single malt whisky was distilled in 1995 at the Clynelish Distillery before being placed in a refill Sherry Butt to age for no less than 25 years
Ochre is an aged spirit that is double distilled in an Alembic still on the Mornington Peninsula from Chardonnay grapes
as well as nutty and fruity notes

Botanicals include grapefruit peel, native lemon myrtle and strawberry gum.
