Du Grappin, #Bagnum Macon- Villages Jerez Wild cherriesFrom a 25 year old parcel of Chardonnay on the outskirts of Peronne, considered the best part of the Macon Villages appellation; north of Pouilly Fuisse, south of Uchizy, with the vineyards of Vir Class bordering on the east. Planted in clay limestone soil, the fruit from this part of the Mcon Villages appellation tends to keep its acidity, due to a cooler microclimate, resulting in bright, fresh wines.
