Smoky Scot 46% 70cl 22 Palate: Summer pudding with aFrom Caol Ila distillery this is a peated smokey Isla, ex bourbon cask matured Nose: Smoke and peat as expected, but this is a little more than just that, slight oily floral notes push in and out from the moment it hits the glass, seaweed and coastal notes, charred vegetation and a peated earth note. Palate: A big bold and classically Islay palate, dry fruits with some sweet pepper and polished leather notes, coastal influences flow evenly across the
