This is a heavily peated blended malt made with whiskies from the islands of Scotland

Kilchoman 11 Year Old Founder's Cask Release 54.8% 70cl Cameronbridge dark fruits with a touchBottled in 2023, Kilchoman Founders Casks was matured in ex bourbon barrels and then racked into a Calvados cask for over two years. Limited to just 517 bottles and released without colouring or chill filtration. Nose: Ripe green apples and pears with faint wafts of peat smoke. Palate: Spiced apple pie drizzled with honey and more of that classic Islay peat. Finish: Salted caramel comes to the fore of a long, sweet finish.
