Somos Wines, Aglianico Size:Each This is very much GamayThe Somos boys treat Aglianico like Pinot Noir with a more delicate touch and whole cluster fermentation, rather than the Campanian extended maceration followed by long maturation in wood. Meaty, funky, complex and quaffable. Somos Wines aglianico is perfumed and juicy with notes of dark black and blue fruit with herbal peppery notes that gently lingers. This wine is great with game meat, hard cheeses and cured meats.
