Med Gin features Kalamata olive brine, almonds, thyme, basil, and native coastal daisy bush, all sourced from our home in the McLaren Vale region. While this profile leans towards a savoury expression, orange and foraged sea daisies lend a splash of freshness, complementing the dry finish. Nose A heavy combination of sea spray, fresh herbs, kalamata olive olive flesh and lightly dried
