Even Williams black label is great on its own and used in a cocktail. Nose: Carmel and honey notes mix with a vanilla and cinnamon note. Some dark fruits like dates and raisins with a hint of coco powder. Palate: Balanced rich and creamy undertones with dark fruit leather and dates, ripe pears with a caramel sauce and delicate spiced fruit loaf.
