We collaborated on a new roasting style we call "Maduro Roast". Using rare African Arabica beans, we slowed the roasting process, keeping the rich, flavorful oils inside the bean. Only a Probat Roaster can achieve this level of roasting performance. We controlled flow of hot air, thru the solid steel drum, roasting the beans via convection with minimum
