Nose: An abundance of classic rich sherry notes obviously but so much more with a spiced vanilla and light golden honeycomb

hints of peach and syrup

A particularly mouth-watering bitterness completes the picture

Palate: A very interesting start to the palate, with a hint of orchard fruits, soft spices and a hint of runny honey, some hard candies and a ripe cut apple and vanilla pod. Some dark fruits and hints of sweet cherry and chocolate.
