It is enriched by volcanic soil and water from the San Cristobal volcano. The high volcanic temperatures contribute to the evaporation rate of the rum and foster a more intense and dynamic interaction between the barrel and the rum. This rum is sugar free, gluten free and kosher. Nose Exquisite aroma with notes of nuts and caramel. Palate Intense vanilla and spices, with a long and extra smooth finish.
