"Warrior on Horseback" by Seong Moy, Amer., (1921-2013) Pencil 4-1/4 x 6-7/8Color Woodcut, 1950, ed. small, 24 x 7 9 16, signed, titled, dated and inscribed "Artists Proof" in pencil, on thin cream wove japan paper with small 1 8 1 4 inch margins top and sides as is common, the color very bright and fresh. Moy's striking abstract mid century color prints were recently the subject of a career retrospective at Syracuse University.
