Forge Finish Chef w/ Buckeye Cutlery The handle is made fromThis high carbon Chef's knife is hand forged from 52100 round bar. Below the fore finish the blade is hand sanded to satin finish. The handle is made from Buckeye Burl and Black Paper Micarta. I can custom make one for this knife if you'd like to add a leather sheath. You can find that here.
